Permanent anti-static mat introduction:

Permanent anti-static mat is a new anti-static product that is newly produced by our factory. It is a high-end product for highly-demanded units involved in military industry and spaceflight in China; moreover, it is featured with high technical content and static discharge method of traditional anti-static mat, for which we gain patent for invention of new national material. The work principle is to realize static discharge through strip galvanic circle in materials generated from fusion and interinfiltration between metal carbon nanometer ion and resin under high temperature; it changes the traditional static discharge method based on active positive ion removing from product surface and combining with air humidity. The new permanent anti-static mat is free from influence from temperature and humidity, so as to guarantee effective, stable and continuous static discharge on circumstance of low humidity.
